All download orders must be purchased using a credit card or one of Paypals payment systems. After payment information has been approved, usually within a few minuets, you will be able download the plan from the final transaction completion page or you may log into your account with the email and password you provide at checkout. The files are in zip format, once open you can use Adobe free reader or any other PDF reader to view the building instructions or to view and print deck plans and material lists. The download zip file must be downloaded to your computer within 24 hours of purchase.
If the above download procedure has not been successful for you, please contact us, and the deck plan will be sent to you via email. There may be up to a 24-hour delay in receiving your plan during the business week, and 48 hours on weekends.
Return / Refund Policy
Due to intellectual property rights of deck designs and plans, homedecks.com will not issue returns or refunds on CD-ROMS.
Since homedecks.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods in the form of downloadable deck plans, we do not issue refunds after the product has been downloaded, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any deck plan from our site. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case-by-case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is 48 hours after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition. Tangible goods will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
