This downloadable plan has over 47 linear feet of access ramp, one of our longest ramp designs to date. Originally designed for use in the front of the home this plan will work well on the sides or rear of a home.
The lower ramp connects to a deck landing, serving as a rest area and divides what would otherwise be a lengthy ramp into two smaller sections. The landing then connects to the top ramp creating a U-shape layout to minimize the decks footprint and add visual interest to the design.
A small 112 square foot deck at the top of the last ramp makes for easier maneuvering around and entering the home entrance way. Offset to one side of the deck, the staircase shows visitors the way up and onto the deck.
