If front yard access is limited or installing a ramp to the front of the home is unfeasible, this deck and ramp may be the answer. The single ramp design ties the deck to the front yard for entering and exiting from the rear of the home. The ramp connects to a small offset area of the deck functioning as a transition area to enable better foot traffic patterns to and from the home.
At single staircase that's offset to one side of the deck adds easy access from the yard to the deck. The 276 square foot floor space is perfect for a medium size table and chairs with room left over for a good size grill. The deck's angled decking adds visual interest by contrasting the straight deck lines.
