Why have a simple rectangular deck when you can have this wonderfully designed deck for just about the same amount of work and materials.
The construction plans for this downloadable deck plan are almost as easy to build as a simple rectangular deck except that this design has a bayed out shaped front, adding more table space on one side of the stairs and a nice bump out for a grill on the other.
The slightly off-centered staircase for this plan acts almost as a division point between table and cooking spaces, creating a perfect foot traffic pattern to and from the home. The small inset of the staircase coupled with 45 and 90-degree deck corners offer contrast to further exaggerate the visual interest of railing and deck lines. Angled laid decking completes the look of this excellently designed deck plan.
