Good foot traffic patterns are achieved with this deck layout by placing a staircase on the end of the top deck and another on a 45-degree corner of the lower deck. The angled design of the lower deck staircase combined with angled decking, draws ones line of sight in towards the lower deck up the stairs and to the contoured shaped step of the upper deck. Flooring laid in the opposite direction on the top deck further draws one?s attention inward to the home. The entire deck is enhanced by the tasteful blend of 45 and 90-degree railing lines and corners.
