Downloadable deck plan 2035 is a spacious yet graceful 502 square foot double level deck design. Its lower deck level creates an almost sunk-in room feeling.
Step off the angled positioned staircase and onto the upper deck. Noticeable is the interesting angled floor pattern. Each floorboard seemingly points from the upper deck to the step down and on to the lower level. Creating comfort and safety, the railing surrounds the lower deck providing a perfect place for a large table and seating. Standard laid decking for this level further enhances the step between the levels and the 45-degree deck corners.
The top decks space may serve as a seating area for a few chairs, planters or a grill. In keeping with good design, 45-degree angles and a slight lower deck offset, coupled with two different decking patterns for each deck level creates a larger than life look for deck plan 2035.
