Downloadable deck plan 2018 shows two clearly defined table areas that can both adequately fit a table and chairs while keeping foot traffic distant from seated guests.
The deck's inset shape for the staircase, slightly set back from the corner, keeps most of the staircase and landing within the footprint of the deck. The inset staircase is a great yard space saver when property is at a premium and adds visual interest of the deck's shape.
Any perceived lack of design is quickly removed when one looks at the angled decking pattern, 45-degree deck corners and uncomplicated lines of the deck in its totality.
