Who ever said simple can't be spectacular? This charming deck plan has the perfect amount of room for family, friends and outdoor grilling.
Upon first glance of this deck picture you may notice the offset position of the staircase in relationship to the deck as well as the inset from the front. This particular staircase layout increases the visual interest of the deck and becomes a real space saver when property is at a premium. Upon further examination you'll notice the bump out area built into the deck, good for a couple of chairs, planters, etc.
A small to average size table for a seating of no more than 6 would probably fit adequately on this deck. A 45-degree deck corner adds contrast for visual interest to the inset staircase and 90-degree corner while the angled decking pattern points to the home and compliments the design.
