Talk about good design, this deck plan employs all the right elements for a good functional deck layout. A large table area, offset deck area for the staircase, a midway landing for the staircases and it's all in this single level deck plan 2004.
This deck creates a large comfortable table area by separating foot traffic patterns from the main deck area. The built-out section of deck for entering from the staircase accomplishes this. The slight inset of top staircase from the deck front and offsetting it to one side of the deck, adds additional visual interest to the deck.
For more casual walkup stairs, a midway landing divides what would other wise be a single lengthy staircase. Angled laid decking visually compliments the staircases, midway landing and offset staircase to complete the look of this design.
